Cancellation policy
Please provide 48-hours’ notice for cancellations.
Cancellations with insufficient notice cause disruption to clinic schedules and client care. We understand that emergencies and personal situations arise, and we will do our best to accommodate. However, we reserve the right to charge a fee for short-notice cancellations (outside of the 48-hour cancellation guideline).
