Yes. Registered dental hygienists are trained to assess your oral health, interpret dental X-rays, and identify signs of tooth decay and other oral health concerns. If further diagnosis or restorative treatment is needed, we will refer you to a dentist.

No dental referral required. You can book an appointment directly with us for any of our dental hygiene services.

Yes. We offer direct billing to most major insurance providers whenever possible, so you’ll only be responsible for any portion not covered by your plan.

For most people, a professional dental cleaning every six months is recommended. However, some patients may benefit from more frequent visits depending on their oral health, gum health, and individual risk factors. We’ll recommend a schedule that’s right for you.

Most dental cleanings are comfortable. If you have sensitive teeth, gum inflammation, or dental anxiety, we’ll tailor your treatment and use gentle techniques to help make your visit as comfortable as possible. We offer topical and local anaesthetic.

Periodontal therapy is the treatment of gum disease. It involves removing plaque and tartar from below the gumline, reducing inflammation, and helping restore and maintain healthy gums. Early treatment can help prevent further bone and tooth loss.

Yes. Persistent bad breath (halitosis) is often caused by plaque buildup, gum disease, bacteria on the tongue, or dry mouth. We’ll assess the underlying cause and recommend personalized treatment and home care strategies.

Yes. We provide professional hygiene care for natural teeth as well as dental implants, crowns, bridges, veneers, and other restorations using techniques designed to protect your dental work.

Many dental insurance plans cover preventive dental hygiene services, including examinations, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and periodontal therapy. Coverage varies by provider and plan. We also proudly accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP).

The cost of treatment depends on the services required, the amount of plaque and tartar buildup, and the time needed for your appointment. We are happy to provide an estimate before treatment begins and follow the current Alberta Dental Fee Guide.

Booking is easy. You can call our clinic, send us an email, or conveniently book your appointment online at a time that works best for you.

We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient in need of care.
